I CANNOT RECEIVE EMAILS FROM MY BOSS THAT HE SENDS FROM HIS LAPTOP

My boss can forward me emails from his Iphone, but when he is in the office
working on his laptop and sends me a message, I am not receiving it. When he
tells me he sent it, I can go into the server and see he sent it, but I never
receive it. I have checked my email address - he has it correct...

More information needed: what version of Outlook? What type of account does
he use (POP, Exchange, etc.)? What type of account do you use? If his
message is reaching the server, then the problem is likely to be on the
server side if it's not delivering the message to your mailbox.

How do you "go into the server" to see that the message is there?
