Recently i've bought a new computer and use it as
usual,but i found that the outlook express can never
receive emails with photos,i didn't set rules not to
receive emails with attachment,so what is my problem and
how can i fix it?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office - Outlook Express is a part of
Internet Explorer.
