My DSL is by Verizon and they support Hotmail thru which I can send and
receive emails. Using Outlook Express I can receive but CANNOT send. I could
send yesterday but not today. I get this error message:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'Bob's
Mail', Server: 'http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number:
0x800CCC19

If anyone has solved this problem I would sure appreciate a response on what
to do!

Bob

Thanks for your reply,

Yes, I have tried System Restore for several different dates and all have
the same problem whereas they did not have the problem before.

That seems odd to me but that's the way it is.
