sometimes with incoming e-mail, or trying to view a websites info, i get a
blank area with a little box with a red checkmark in the upper left corner,
and i cannot view the contents. so. what to do? remember i'm a dummy!!

have u tried a different
email program and browser?

Wore info needed, what your operating system, E-mail Client
(outlook,gmail,yahoo,outlook express..etc..) and what Anti-Virus you have
installed on your computer, did you ever been able to do that then suddenly
stoped, and what changed between time things were working now not!.
