Cannot read from source file...

I think I may have been hacked into a couple of weeks back. I found in my
FTP server (Win2k NTFS) a couple of ASP scripts and a <Blank> directory.

I have since reviewed and tightened up my security but for some reason I
cannot delete this <Blank> directory. When I try to remove this from
Explorer I get the error msg,

Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.

If I try from a command prompt this does not delete the directory also. If
I go into the directory - there are no files present (even hidden).

Any help would be great!
