I am facing an issue with windows mail. Everytime i load windows mail, it
shows me that there are 2 unread messgaes int he inbox. I have scanned thru
my entire inbox including the various folders and the drafts. But there are
no new messages. Can somebody help me out with this issue of removing the
status which keeps on sayin "2 uread messages". It very confusing!!!!!!!!!

Go to View | Current View | Show all messages. If that doesn't help, then
just ignore it. Its likely a database glitch.

Go to view | Current View and uncheck Group Messages by conversation.
