Cannot read disks but drive is working properly help plz

's Computer Specifications

device manger says that the driver is working properlyt but the location
seems to be missing, could this be the cause? Not that great with
computers any help woul be much appreciated

Right click on it, click Uninstall, then reboot and see if Windows
reinstalls the drive properly. Also, you can check some ideas here:
