hi,
my friend has machine win2k pro sp4 with 128 mb ram on a
via-chipset board. he has 3 partitions one NTFS two FAT32.
He cannot open any file or copy a file from fat32
partitions. when he tries to do open a file it
gives "explorer.exe has generated errors and will be
colsed by windows" error and refreshes the desktop. he can
only open and copy/paste files within NTFS partition. i
searched thru support.microsoft.com but cannot find a
mention of this problem. can somebody help me?
