I am trying to publish a custom form. Once Tools-> Forms-> Publish Form As..
I want to publish it in the Organizational Form Libraries. I get the
following error:

‘Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. You do not
have sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object. See the
folder contact or your system administrator’

Which privileges do I need to grant myself? Or what can be done in order to
resolve this issue.

the permissions you will need. An Exchange admin would have to grant those
permissions.
