cannot publish error 500 POPORT & 500 LPRT

's Computer Specifications

All of a sudden I cannot publish the site. I get an error message after a
long time of its trying to publish:

500 POPORT
500 LPRT
Not Understood.

A 500 series error normally indicates a permissions problem on the server.
