cannot print using postscript drivers

      3rd Apr 2004
print jobs go to the spooler, but then disappear. there is no error or log in the event viewer. plenty of space on the drive for spooling. problem both for a network (tcp/ip) and lpt1 connection. only a problem for postscript drivers. pcl drivers work fine.

Hi chas,

This may be due to
1) Printer
Make sure that your pritner supports postscript
PDL.
2) Printer driver .
Print to File and see the output in postscript
viewer.
it should work/look fine.

Based on above observations you can isolate the problem.
