Cannot print when I Right Click & choose Print

I am having an interesting problem. I have installed a new Xerox 4150 on our
print server. If I open a document in Word and print from inside the app it
prints fine. If I just go into my documents folder, right click on a document
and choose Print the printer just prints multiple pages of garbage and the
job has to be cancelled at the printer. Any idea as to why and how do I fix?
