Cannot Print from Putlook 2003

Hello,
When one off my ccustomers tries to print from Outlook 2003 she gets the
following error;
"The messaging interface has returned and unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook."

I have restarted outlook, visited Microsoft Update and got all of the latest
updates, I have run Detect and Repair from Control Panel - Add remove
programs. None of these have made a difference. When she logs onto a
different computer, the problem is not there.

Any idea what the problem is?
