Cannot Print Pictures

Hello,

I have an issue with a new HP2600 Colour Laserjet which hopefully someone
can help with.

The printer was new out of the box today and installed on three PC's. It
works fine on two of these, but not on the third.

This third PC can print text documents from all Microsoft applications, but
as soon as you put clip art, or a photo into the document it fails. The
print job arrives in the queue with the status of printing; then a couple of
seconds later the status changes to deleting. This is true for Word,
Powerpoint, IE and Excel.

I can print the same documents without a problem on the other two PC's.

I have tried a firmware upgrade on the printer and three different drivers.

HP support said that I need to reinstall the OS which is Win2kPro.

Any clues on this would be greatly appreciated.
