After clicking the Forward button to forward a message, a user wants to be
able to print the Compose window. Unfortunately, when clicking either the
Print button in the toolbar or going to the Print option in the File menu
(and choosing a printer to print to), the message will not print.

After clicking the Reply button to reply to a message, the user is able to
print the message in the Compose window. The user is also able to print the
Compose window when creating a completely new message.

The user defaults to a hp color LaserJet 2550n which is connected to his
computer using the a Standard TCP/IP port. The other printer he prints to is
a hp LaserJet 1200 which is also connected over the network via TCP/IP.

Has anyone else run into a similar issue and if so, how was it solved?
Thank you.

- Travis
