Cannot print to a file

Trouble printing to a file using Windows XP with Faxtalk Communicator
installed. Although I do not get any errors, I cannot seem to get any PRN
files generated, even though I select and name the PRN file to print to. For
example, MS Word and other applications show the animated icon that
indicates it is printing.
