Cannot Press SHIFT Button

Dear Mdm/Sir,

Please Help !
Any active programs will crash when I press SHIFT button.

I am Running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3.

Try a different keyboard and see if that fixes the problem.

Yes, Both SHIFT button give me the same problem.
