cannot play protected files

Hi all,

I am nable to play protected files after renewing license of DRM folder.
I deleted the existing DRM folder and then delivered a new license. Then
tried playing protected file after delivering new license but it says cannot
play protected files as there is a corruption or problem with the DRM folder.

Please help,
