I have been trying to burn music cds. I have used Dell Jukebox, Nero 6, and
Windows media player. In every case the CD plays fine on my computer, but
will not play on ANY CD player.. new or old....

Have you tried checking the alignment of the laser? How about cleaning the
laser? That is all I can come up with right now.

You're not finalising the burning session.

In Nero6, for example, when you click on the burn icon, in the burn tab,
make sure the box "Finalise (with a Z) is checked. Then proceed and burn.

Thanks for the input, however in Nero6 I have "write" and "finalize" checked

Ah yes, that would likely make them not play. <g> Somehow we seemed to have
all missed that step, probably assuming that you were using CD-R for this.
Guess that will teach us to assume.
