cannot personalize toolbar

      6th Nov 2007
When I change buttons in the toolbar and restart Outlook, the old setup
appears and my changes are lost. I know how to do it, but it just doesn't
work. Any ideas what I can do?

do you have acrobat or other 3rd party applications that add a toolbar?

Hi Diane, I have the del.icio.us and the google toolbar but they are both not
active. No acrobat toolbar.
