I cannot open a Web site address link in a outlook message - keeps telling me

need your help as I am not very much computer litterate. So how can I change
this setting in a vernacular way that it would be easy to understand. Thank

Reset your default web browser.
How? Depends on your browser, its version and your version of Windows.
