The first link certainly fixed my OE problem. All of the URL associations
for IE were C:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe.
Changed them to "c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" and
Outlook Express works again. Now if I could figure the IE problem I'd be
all set.
