I cannot open text attachments that I receive in my Microsoft Outlook e-mail.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

Could you be a little bit more specific?
- What version of Outlook?
- What is the file extension of the attachment?
- How large is the attached file?
- What happens when you try to open it - an error message?
- If you save the attachment to disk, can you open it from there?
