Cannot open some attachments in Outlook 6/Windows XP Home ed

's Computer Specifications

I find some attachments greyed out and I cannot open or save them.

Any help would be appreciated.

See Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck the second box from the top
concerning attachments.
