What are you asking??

The file name you referenced isn't a valid file. officesta exe should be officesta.exe for
starters.

Thnx 2 all.- The file is downloaded from Microsoft Office Online, Dell made
me run MSCONFIG after restoring XP to earlier date. There was a disclaimer on
the process
that Dell was following MS dir, while my compt is warning not to change
"normal" setup I contacted MSN next that recommended to reload on reg line. I
have a DSL w/verizon & Dial up9...... the problem remains

Did Dell provide you with a set of Office Installation CD (if Office came with your Dell PC), as
these would need to be installed first, then you would use Office Update to update the Office
applications with the latest security and service packs.

All Anti-Virus applications need to be disabled or un-installed when installing other applications.

What do you mean by downloading FrontPage?
What Beta applications are you or have installed?

Please take your time an explain what MS Office applications came with your Dell originally, what MS
Office applications you have re-install from the Dell provided restore CDs after restoring your PC?
