Cannot open restored public folder task in Outlook 2007

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone has seen this before - We are running Exch 2003 SP2 with
Office 2003 SP2 and Office 2007 clients.

Our teams are using public folders to share and assign tasks - one of these
tasks was inadvertantly deleted and I was able to recover it from the Recover
Deleted Items option for the tasks folder (from within Outlook 2007).

Interestingly enough, I can't open the task in Outlook 2007 - no error comes
up, it just doesn't open. Nothing in the logs. Also, I can open the task in
Outlook 2003.

I have already copied the data out of the task using Outlook 2003 and then
created a new task in Outlook 2007 using the same data -this works fine.

I just want to know if there is some known issue with task compatibility -
Is it possible that it has something to do with it being recovered? I ask
because there are old tasks (created in older versions of Outlook) that all
can be opened from within Outlook 2007.
