Opening a site live requires the server extensions, in this case they appear
to be corrupted or not installed.
Uninstall/Reinstall them, and avoid using any FTP program (including FTP
mode in Frontpage) to reduce the risk of corrupting them again.
Resintall them through your host account control panel, or ask your
host/support.
Is this your own server? i.e you're running IIS on Windows 2000 or XP
Professional? Or is this a remote host?
