Hi,

I've got a problem of cannot open the 'Properties' option
of folders (as well as the 'Sharing' option). Actually,
the 'Properties' window did not come up after I select
that option in the pop-up menu. This problem occurs in all
folders whenever I use 'My computer' or 'Windows Explorer'.

My computer is using Windows 2000 Advanced Server set as
domain controller. I look into the event logs and
discovered several errors in the Application Program Event
Log :
1) Source:NTFRSPerf EventID:13527 Message: Fail in the
open function of RPC link with FileReplicaSet Object.
2) Source:WinMgmt EventID:37 Message: WMI ADAP cannot
load ftpctrs2.dll
3) Source:WinMgmt EventID:37 Message: WMI ADAP cannot
load Perfctrs.dll
4) Source:WinMgmt EventID:37 Message: WMI ADAP cannot
load W3ctrs.dll

Can anyone advise how to fix this problems?

Thanks a lots, Vincent
