Cannot open PDF's in Outlook 2007 for XP

Hi. I looked through the forums and tried the suggestions that people
had. I also downloaded Foxit Reader to see if that would open the
PDF's. Not luck.

I get this error message when opening the PDF
"Cannot create filed downloadreport.pdf. Right click the folder you
want to create the file in, then click Properties on the shortcut menu
to check your permissions for the folder. "

I tried to do this and do not have permission.

Any suggestions? I need these reports to actually do my job. Also,
my computer did have a trojan horse recently. I thought I had gotten
rid of it but, maybe not.

that usually indicates the secure temp folder. is "full". See
