Cannot open pages with secure connections

's Computer Specifications

I can browse the web with no problems for regular pages
(with no secure connections). However, IE cannot make
secure(https) connections.

Please help.

I have the same problem. I'm thinking of just installling
Netscape Navigator and giving up on the microsoft crap.
