I can not load ICQ or Skype. The system gives me the message " cannot
load olepro32.dll" although the file is on the system.

How can i fix that?

Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any files are damaged
or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards so
damaged files will be replaced.

First, try to re-register it. From Start | Run enter:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\olepro32.dll

(or the path the file is located).

the message is - loadLibrary ("c:\windows\system32.dll") failed - the
specified module could not be found

I hope that is not what you actually typed in. The instructions was for
c:\windows\system32\olepro32.dll.

You said you entered c:\windows\system32.dll
And that is where it is on my system.

Also, before you do anything, have you done a chkdsk /r on the drive, just
to make sure everything is in order as far as the drive?
