Can you do a System Restore to an earlier point in time before you started
experiencing this problem? If that does not work, try the following:
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
This should replace/repair any corrupted files.
