cannot open live mail at all

i cannot get into my live mail account or hotmail account at all.....it was
working fine yesterday until 11.40pm gmt, however i cannot access me emails
anyway at all...any ideas...if i use outlook i get the server timed out
errorr message...if i use messanger i get cannot connect to internet..yet i
am on line and they are showing as new e mals on messenger.......wtf is going
on....any help would be appreciated.
