cannot open links

this error comes up when user opens any attached link in outllook 2007, pc is
running xp 2002 version with sp2

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer"

My problem was caused by uninstalling Google Chrome. The only thing that
worked was the "Registry edit, Part 2" found in the
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm link.

Thanks for providing the solution. It was driving me crazy!!
