This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

Oh, i have a user exactly facing the same problem as u.....
till now i haven't got a solution yet.
i tried the microsoft workaround but didn't work.
IE 8+ Office 07 + vista
