Help! I am having difficulty opening attachments in Outlook 2000. It seemed
to start after I downloaded Windows Messenger, so I removed the program - but
still cannot open attachments in Outlook. It looks like the system is
working, and will eventually open small files - but becomes frozen with
larger attachments. Any help would be appreciated!

Define "cannot open". Exactly what does happen?
