I cannot open jpg attachments! Help???

's Computer Specifications

When I try to open attachments with a .jpg classification they will not open.

What happens when you try?
Any error messages?
Do other attachments still open?
Do they open when you save it to your Desktop first?

When you save the .jpg attachments to a file on your hard disk and then
use Windows Explorer to double-click on that .jpg file, does some
handler program load to view that image file?
