I have imported into FP2002 some Publisher 2000 files as described in KB
306013. The KB says to double click the files in Folders View to bring up
the pages in Page view for editing.

Double click does nothing. As does right-click-open. However, if I
right-click-open with and choose frontpg.exe the file opens into Page view.

I'm sure its something simple. Why won't the double click or open modes
work?

Do you have Publisher installed and is it the correct version to open the
files?

Yes, Pub 2000 is installed. That's how I'm generating the HTML files
mentioned in my question.
