hi

i can't open the folders and icons in my pc. when i try to click it nothing
will happen.
i tried to access it via safe mode and theres no problem. please help me

hi devil, thanks for the reply i have installed the registry key but the
problem still exist i cannot open the the icons and windows explorer. pls
help me.
