I am getting a message: "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions
in effect in your compurter. Please contact your administrator."
I log in as Administrator but have no idea how to solve this. Please help!

Thank you for your response. I implemented all the steps in Article ID:
310049, got all the responses mentioned, but the problem did not go away. Is
there any other remedy?
