When I click or CTRL-click on a hyperlink/website in an email message I
receive an error message stating that restrictions on this computer prevent
the link from being opened. I'm using MS OUTLOOK 2007 and IE 7. All are
up-to-date.

Peter,
Thank you. That answered the question and I was able to fix it with just the
reset.
I'm gathering from this that Chrome does not cleanly uninstall??
