cannot open hyper links in outlook

when I try to open a hyperlink in outlook, I get the following message: This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator. ----- I am the system
administrator. HELP

This is a problem with IE, not Outlook.

You need to reset your internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced tab. (Or Control Panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

I have the same problem. Is is it a windows user account restriction or an
outlook restriction. My emails work fine. But my wife's email does the exact
same thing as yours. We are both set up as system Adm accounts in Windows 7.
I have not been able to find any such restrictions in any of the account
setups for windows 7 or Outlook progeams. If you find an answer, please let
me know, and I likewise.
