in my mail ,i cannot open the hypelink link..a microsofe office outlook box
appeal and say General Failure............the sysyem cannot find the file
specified...
please help..

Try resetting IE as the default browser- see http://slipstick.me/restrict if
you need help with this. If this doesn't work, copy the entire error message
and paste it here.
