Hi,
When i try to open any files from my desktop or start
menu that use windows explorer i.e my computer or
internet explorer i get an error message.
I can't do anything!! help

I am having the same problem. i called Microsoft and after keeping waiting for an hour and subsequently taking me through a re-install of win 98 the problem is still there. the details of my error is

module TPS108.DLL at 0177:01f104d6.
Registers:
EAX=0 ... and so on.

I am going to try the solution suggested by Ramesh MVP; see his response under related posts.
