i cannot open emails emailed to me as an attachment.

's Computer Specifications

I have recently not been able to open emails that are sent as attachments to
me in an email.

The same emails that i cannot open when sent to my partner's outlook he can
open no problem.

when i double click to open the attachment or right click to open it nothing
happens.

i am not sure if i have inadvertantly blocked the ability to open emails.

i am using outlook 2003.
