When double-clicking on an attachment, I get the following message: The
operation failed. An object could not be found.

I ran the Office Diagnostics option from the Help menu. This did not fix
the problem. I am currently on SP1 (MSO 12.0.6213.1000).

Any help is appreciated.

Can you save it to disk and open it?

No, it will not allow me to do that. I also tried a Copy - no go.

OK, I could actually copy, or so it appeared. I right-mouse clicked on the
file, clicked on copy. so good, so far. When I went to paste it in a folder
or on the Desktop, the same error message popped up.

Interestingly, I am working on a dual-drive/dual boot machine. The problem
is occurring using the XP operating system. When I opened up the Vista side,
I had no problem opening the attachment.
