There are several things you can try, but do them one at a time and test
Outlook inbetween so you know if one of them solved the problem.
1) Run detect and repair from the Help menu
2) Run scanpst.exe against your outlook.pst file. If it encounters errors,
you may have to run it several times until it no longer reports any.
3) Create a new profile for Outlook to use and simply have Outlook point to
your existing outlook.pst (use File > Open):
