hello and good day!

I have a problem. I cannot open display properties. I tried to go to control
panel and open up display properties and it failed. When I double click the
"Display" icon in control panel, my mouse does show busy for about 2-5 second
and then back to normal. Nothing comes out. When I open from desktop, right
click at the background at press properties, it still does the same, wait
awhile and nothing comes out. I did install Windows Blind v5 build (49 X 86)
.. Does not know wheather this software has any affiliation with the problem.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Do any of the following work to open Display Properties?

Start | Run | Paste: desk.cpl | Click OK

Start | Run | Paste: %windir%\system32\desk.cpl | Click OK

Start | Run | Paste: %systemroot%\system32\desk.cpl | Click OK

Start | Run | Paste: %windir%\system32\dllcache\desk.cpl | Click OK

Start | Run | Paste: %windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386\desk.cpl | Click OK

I have read the post below and none of the folowing work to open display
properties. Do you have an amswer to this problem?
