I have an email that is over a year old that is listed as unread (closed
envelope icon). I can't move it, delete it, open it, forward it, reply to it.
I've tried Shift + Delete. NOTHING has worked. Also, when I try changing it
to 'mark as read' it just makes the font regular instead of bold, but the
closed envelope icon remains.....
