I have been using Outlook and Business Contact Manager for some time. Today,
when I opened Outlook I received the following error message "Object
reference not set to an instance of an object". My contacts are no longer
available in the BCM or address book.

First you would have to update OL2003 to SP2,you can check the same by
clciking on Help > About Microsoft Outlook Once this is done
download,Extarct and run the full file for the Hotfix
